We're Hiring: Learning & Development Officer (with PMS Experience)
We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a
Learning & Development Officer
. This role will also handlePerformance Management System (PMS)
responsibilities, setting the plan and structure for both functions.Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in both Learning & Development and Performance Management. Arabic speaking (essential) and English (R,W,S) is a must. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to design and implement effective learning frameworks and PMS structures.
Valid UAE Driving License is required.
