Learning & Development Officer - Real Estate

Property Network Real Estate is looking for a passionate and proactive

Learning & Development (L&D) Officer

with a strong background in real estate. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify training needs through performance evaluations, surveys, and consultations with managers Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs tailored to real estate sales, leasing, and property management Coordinate onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and processes Maintain training calendars and track employee participation and progress Partner with internal and external trainers to deliver workshops and certifications Measure training effectiveness and provide reports with actionable insights Ensure compliance with RERA training and certification requirements Support career development initiatives and succession planning strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the real estate sector Strong knowledge of real estate practices, RERA regulations, and industry standards Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Ability to design engaging training content (classroom, e-learning, and blended methods) Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Strong organizational and analytical skills
