About the Role

We're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team at Dimois.

The ideal candidate is passionate about training, content creation, and delivering high-quality learning experiences across our training institute, mobile app, and business school divisions.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging online and onsite training sessions. Support in developing and enhancing learning content. Create video-based training materials with the creative team. Assist in planning and executing public workshops and learning events.
Requirements

Experience in training or learning & development (2-5 years). Strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic & English. Confident appearing on camera for training content. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
