Learning and Development Specialist - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
Learning and Development Specialist - Dubai, UAE will be responsible for implementing training plans in line with store and business needs. The role ensures that co-workers receive functional, cultural, and technical training throughout their journey. Working with managers, facilitators, and subject matter experts, the specialist will plan, deliver, and monitor training to maintain a strong learning culture and support talent development.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and organize training activities and allocate resources for effective delivery
  • Facilitate in-classroom or virtual sessions to develop co-worker competencies
  • Conduct training needs analysis and design learning paths for functional, cultural, and technical skills
  • Implement learning campaigns to raise engagement and build an active learning culture
  • Follow up on training to measure impact through knowledge checks and evaluations
  • Monitor learning platforms, maintain training records, and manage LMS administration for the store
  • Organize certification, graduation, and employee development events where required
  • Support managers in aligning learning with performance cycles and individual development plans
  • Collaborate with facilitators, buddies, and SMEs to ensure effective store-level training execution
  • Update training materials as needed and contribute to regional learning initiatives
Ideal Profile
  • Degree or diploma in a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a learning and development role
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen with problem-solving and strategic thinking ability
  • Organized and confident with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and reporting dashboards is an advantage
