Learning and Development Specialist - Property Shop Investment

Job Summary:



The Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist at PSI will be instrumental in cultivating a high-performing team within our dynamic property shop investment environment. This role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating targeted learning programs that empower our employees with the specialized knowledge and skills needed to excel in property acquisition, management, sales, and client relations. You'll play a crucial role in fostering continuous growth, enhancing industry expertise, and supporting a culture of excellence aligned with our investment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



Needs Assessment:

Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses specific to the property investment sector, identifying skill gaps in areas such as market analysis, property valuation, legal compliance (e.g., RERA regulations in UAE), negotiation strategies, investment analysis, and customer relationship management for property investors.

Curriculum Design & Development:

Design and develop engaging learning programs, workshops, and courses covering property investment fundamentals, advanced deal structuring, market trends, financial modeling for property, and effective client communication for high-net-worth individuals. Create specialized learning materials, including case studies of successful investments, property portfolio analysis exercises, role-playing scenarios for client interactions, and regulatory compliance guides. Incorporate practical, real-world examples from the property market to enhance learning relevance.

Program Delivery & Facilitation:

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to property agents, investment advisors, support staff, and management, both in-person and virtually. Facilitate workshops on negotiation tactics, market forecasting, and investment risk assessment. Adapt delivery style to cater to diverse roles within a property investment company, from new agents to seasoned investment managers.

E-Learning Management:

Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all property-related training modules, certifications (e.g., RERA licenses), and compliance courses are up-to-date and accessible. Develop and maintain e-learning content on property market updates, new investment products, and best practices in property sales and acquisition.

Evaluation & Reporting:

Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and impact of property-focused learning programs (e.g., improved sales conversion rates, reduced compliance errors, increased deal closures). Analyze training data and metrics to identify trends, report on program ROI for investment-specific training, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Prepare regular reports on L&D activities and their impact on business outcomes for senior management.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with property investment managers, legal teams, sales directors, and financial analysts to ensure learning initiatives directly address business priorities and market demands. Build strong relationships with internal clients to understand their unique development requirements within the property investment landscape.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with L&D best practices, emerging technologies, and critical trends in the global and local property investment markets (e.g., new regulations, emerging asset classes, digital real estate tools). Continuously seek opportunities to enhance existing programs and introduce innovative learning solutions that give our team a competitive edge.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD certifications, Real Estate specific certifications) a plus. 2 years of experience in a learning and development, training, or instructional design role,

ideally within the real estate, property investment, finance, or a related sales-driven industry.

Proven experience in designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating diverse learning programs. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia). Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal). Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
