Job Summary:

The Learning and Development Specialist will design, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives that support employee development and organizational effectiveness. This role ensures training programs align with company goals, improve performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. Design and deliver engaging learning programs, workshops, and blended training solutions. Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance data. Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with business objectives. Support onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Maintain and manage learning records, content, and training calendars. Coordinate with external training vendors and manage logistics as needed. Contribute to the development of e-learning content and digital learning strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools is a must. Fluent in English and Arabic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
