Job Purpose

Organizes and executes production to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and confirming to Global standards.
Autonomous maintenance of all associated Equipment's.

Essential duties and responsibilities :
Functional responsibilities are as follows:

Maintain a safe, healthy and visual work place
Accountable for all the KPI 's for the production lines.
Adhere to the Autonomous maintenance practices in the production lines.
QMS / EMS system documentation & Compliance
Daily management - Identify and plan the resources (raw material, manpower, consumables & etc ) for day-to-day operations & shutdowns.
To lead continuous Improvement initiatives through Small group Activities.

Technical responsibilities include the following:

Plan, implement and control the production schedule by determining the required resources
Operation of process plant equipment's in Value added lines.
Set, monitor and ensure Process parameters.
Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
Ensure efficient and effective collaboration with relevant departments including procurement, distribution.
Ensure Identification, traceability & documentation procedures as required.
Ensure Blankets / pyro log Quality parameters as per the Global standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
