Job Overview:

The Lead Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our lead generation and distribution systems. This role involves auditing incoming leads, evaluating agent interactions, and optimizing lead assignment based on agent performance tiers. The Lead Auditor works closely with both the marketing and sales teams to ensure data accuracy, transparency in lead quality, and strategic decision-making through reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

- Accurately encode all incoming leads into Google Sheets or other CRM tools used by the company.

- Classify and assign leads to agents based on predefined tiers and lead type.

Lead Auditing:

- Monitor and listen to agent calls to assess the quality of engagements.

- Audit leads to determine the percentage of genuine versus unqualified leads.

- Flag any discrepancies or red flags in lead behavior, agent handling, or call activity.

Call System Monitoring:

- Activate and manage call widgets in BrightCall based on daily attendance and agent tier classification.

- Ensure the call system is properly aligned with the sales floor activity and staffing levels.

Performance Reporting:

- Generate and analyze weekly/monthly reports to measure the performance of various marketing campaigns.

- Provide insights and feedback to marketing and management on lead conversion trends and agent efficiency.

Data Integrity & Compliance:

- Maintain a high level of data integrity in lead records and ensure compliance with internal policies.

- Collaborate with the admin and IT teams to ensure tools are functioning efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
