Key Responsibilities:
Conduct learning needs analysis and coordinate competency-based training programs.
Manage learning schedules and activities using SuccessFactors LMS.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for training delivery.
Analyze feedback and support continuous improvement of L&D programs.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Adult Education, or related field
