Learning & Development Specialist (Arabic Speaker)
to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs that support employee development and business performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging learning experiences and be fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and corporate training methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging training programs in Arabic and English for various departments
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and create development plans accordingly
Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth induction experience for new hires
Develop training materials, manuals, e-learning content, and assessment tools
Monitor, track, and evaluate training effectiveness and report outcomes to management
Collaborate with department heads to support performance improvement initiatives
Organize internal learning events, workshops, and learning campaigns
Stay updated on best practices, learning technologies, and L&D trends
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
Proven experience (3+ years) in L&D or training roles within a fast-paced environment
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with instructional design and e-learning tools is a plus
Knowledge of adult learning principles, coaching, and training evaluation techniques
Excellent organizational and communication skills
