Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive

L&D Specialist

to design, deliver, and optimize learning programs across PSI. This role will support employee development, enhance performance, and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

Design and deliver in-house training programs based on business and employee needs. Develop learning content, presentations, and materials for live and virtual sessions. Facilitate onboarding programs and continuous learning paths for all departments.

Needs Analysis & Evaluation:

Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, performance reviews, and consultation with department heads. Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements based on feedback and KPIs.

Learning Strategy & Planning:

Support the development of PSI's L&D roadmap aligned with business objectives. Track individual development plans (IDPs) and monitor employee learning journeys.

Reporting & Insights:

Maintain training records, reports, and learning analytics. Use data to identify learning trends, skill gaps, and development opportunities.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Liaise with department heads, HR, and external providers to coordinate training initiatives. Support organizational change and talent development projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in L&D, ideally within real estate, corporate, or fast-paced environments. Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills. Familiarity with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and training evaluation methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
