In this role, you will ensure all guest laundry and hotel linens are cleaned, processed, and presented to the highest standards. What You'll Do

• Sort laundry by fabric type, color, and level of soiling before processing
• Inspect linen and guest laundry for stains or damage, recording items that fail quality checks
• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment according to safety and capacity guidelines
• Measure and add appropriate chemicals for each cycle to achieve optimal results
• Fold, press, and store linens using machines such as feeders, folders, and ironing systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area while ensuring safe operation of heavy equipment
• Support smooth hotel operations by delivering clean linens and uniforms on schedule

Ideal Profile

• Physically fit with the ability to carry up to 34 kilograms and push or pull up to 180 kilograms
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended hours in high-temperature areas
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel to complete laundry-related tasks
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills for chemical usage, record-keeping, and load management
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle large volumes efficiently
• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience in hospitality is an advantage
