What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand standards, ensuring rooms are spotless and welcoming
• Assist guests by providing requested items or directions within the hotel
• Report maintenance issues or concerns promptly to supervisors
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and handle resources responsibly to reduce waste
• Record and return any lost and found items according to hotel procedures
• Participate in deep cleaning and periodic housekeeping projects as required

Ideal Profile

• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the day
• Capable of lifting up to 23 kilograms and pushing or pulling heavy items when needed
• Flexible to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills for record-keeping and communication
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
