Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to guests following established SOPs and brand standards
• Prepare service areas and attend daily briefings on menu updates, promotions, and operational requirements
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the restaurant's food and beverage offerings to make recommendations to guests
• Ensure fast, accurate, and courteous service for both buffet and a la carte operations
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all work areas and service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen and supporting departments to ensure timely service delivery
• Build positive relationships with guests, providing personalized and attentive service
• Monitor resource use and support cost-saving initiatives across food, beverage, and supplies
• Participate in required training programs to uphold brand and service quality standards

Ideal Profile

• At least one year of experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
• Outgoing and approachable personality with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and late shifts
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
