What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to ensure the highest quality standards
• Assist guests with simple requests, such as providing amenities or directions within the hotel
• Report maintenance issues or concerns promptly to supervisors
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and use resources responsibly to reduce waste
• Handle and log lost and found items in line with hotel policy
• Support deep-cleaning projects and scheduled housekeeping operations

Ideal Profile

• Physically fit and able to handle a role that requires being on your feet most of the day
• Capable of lifting up to 23 kilograms and pushing or pulling heavy objects when needed
• Comfortable with bending, kneeling, and other physical activities related to housekeeping duties
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for record-keeping and communication
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
