to provide advanced technical support and resolve complex IT issues for end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to lead escalations, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues.
Perform system upgrades, patch management, and desktop imaging.
Manage Active Directory, Exchange, M365, and endpoint security tools.
Provide executive support and ensure minimal downtime.
Document technical procedures, solutions, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for project implementations.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in desktop/end-user support, with at least
2 years in L3 support
.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Office 365, Active Directory, and SCCM/Intune.
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle escalations.

for UAE.
