Installing and configuring client computer systems.
Responding to client IT support requests.
Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
Resolving support requests and service tickets.
Delivering application and technical support to end users.
Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
Identifying, diagnosing, and rectifying any issues with computer hardware, software, services, and applications.
CCTV Cameras troubleshooting and installation.
Router and Access Point configuration and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical support role. Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common office productivity software. Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, networking basics, and remote desktop tools.
Driving License required.
