We are seeking a Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in a corporate IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain client systems (Windows/macOS).
Respond to IT support requests via remote or on-site assistance.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, access points, and CCTV systems.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years in a desktop support role, preferably corporate.
Proficient in Windows/macOS, MS Office, and basic networking.
Familiar with remote support tools and basic CCTV setup.
Valid UAE driving license required.
