. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience in KSA
, with a deep understanding of the local business culture, client expectations, and regulatory environment. They should also have working exposure to the UAE market, especially Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and grow the KSA market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and partners in KSA.
Create and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the Saudi market.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, finance) to deliver on client expectations.
Represent the company in regional exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
Generate qualified leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs for both sales and marketing.
Ensure all activities comply with local regulations in both KSA and UAE.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing in KSA.
Strong existing network and proven track record in the Saudi market.
Experience working in Abu Dhabi or broader UAE region is a plus.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
