This Auto Loan Sales Officer role supports First Abu Dhabi Bank by driving auto loan acquisitions, expanding the customer base, and delivering excellent service across assigned areas. Key Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned auto loan sales targets and contribute to customer base growth.
• Promote FAB's auto loan products across designated markets, locations, and customer segments.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Assist in promotional activities including roadshows, sales events, and customer meetings.
• Ensure all submitted loan applications and documents are complete, accurate, and error-free.
• Follow up on approved applications with pending discrepancies as per deferral guidelines.
• Maintain strong knowledge of FAB retail products and provide accurate product information to customers.
• Demonstrate proactive customer engagement and uphold FAB's customer-obsessed culture.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related fields preferred.
• One to two years of experience in selling auto loan products or retail banking solutions.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet ambitious targets.
• Good understanding of retail banking products and competitive market offerings.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Multicultural awareness and ability to engage diverse customer segments.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented in handling applications and documentation.
