Job Purpose
To manage and expand relationships with high-value corporate customers in the fleet, government, industrial, construction, and energy sectors. The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring the delivery of technical product solutions across lubricants, batteries, filters, and other aftermarket consumables.
This role is critical to CTC's institutional sales success by ensuring that high-potential clients receive tailored account management, technical support, and value-driven product solutions. The Key Account Manager is the frontline commercial representative delivering customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term revenue growth.
