Manage and grow key F&B accounts across your assigned territory.
Develop account plans and sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand product penetration.
Build lasting relationships with decision-makers, chefs, and purchasing teams.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Lead pricing discussions, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate closely with internal operations, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution.
Track sales performance, market activity, and trends to inform business strategy.
Represent the brand professionally in all client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 4-6 years of B2B sales or key account management experience, ideally in the UAE
Deep understanding of the restaurant, cafe, or bakery segment
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts.
Ability to lead commercial discussions and manage high-volume accounts.
Strong regional knowledge and flexibility to travel.
Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering premium customer experience.
