We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager - Hotels to lead and grow relationship with hotels, fine dining venues, and across the UAE. This B2B sales role focuses on strategic growth within the HoReCa channel, selling ingredients primarily chocolate and other products for bakeries and chocolate manufacturing, directly to chefs, F&B directors, and procurement heads. The role also includes promoting and selling pastries, cakes, and bakery products under the well-recognized UAE brand, Katrina.
Sales efforts will be supported by the establishment of our own culinary school, master classes, and R&D laboratory. Additionally, sales and training support will be provided by our top chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and manage key hotel accounts while building strong, long-term relationships with chefs, procurement teams, and F&B decision-makers.
Build and lead a team of sales executives across all Emirates.
Identify new business opportunities and expand product penetration
Represent the brand professionally at meetings, trade shows, and events
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the UAE (FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Ingredients Distribution)
Strong knowledge of B2B sales and HoReCa channels
Candidates with a culinary background who wish to transition into sales are encouraged to apply, leveraging their professional experience and strong connections within the chef community
