We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager HORECA to manage and grow relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering clients. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of the foodservice industry, and a proven ability to deliver sales growth through strategic account management.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering groups
Achieve sales and profitability targets for assigned accounts and product categories
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the HORECA channel
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trading terms to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships
Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform commercial strategies
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans
Support product launches, sampling activities, and menu placements within the HORECA segment
Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
4 - 7 years of experience in sales or key account management within the HORECA or foodservice sector
Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality market and key customer networks
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large accounts
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights
* Valid UAE driving license
