To develop and maintain RAC (Split wall mounted) sales strategy and implement with distributor & dealers in GCC, with clear objective of achieving the company targets in terms of quantity & revenue on RAC product. To find balance in sales between channels for proper contribution by all channels (IR&OR) To manage and monitor the sales operations, develop and drive continuous product demand and ensure product display quality.
Role and Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Achievement of company targets based on proper Sell-in/sell-out strategies which should be set-up by the Management.
Lead Pricing and promotion Strategy across the market and channel partners.
Achievement of company targets across GCC:
Lead role in the country-wise sales planning and target setting in order to attain higher market share in local dealer market, achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify key models and liaise with marketing and channel to establish them as HIT products.
Manages distributor & key dealers and performs channel development to ensure that the proper fulfilling the objective of Samsung \xe2\x80\x93 achievement of sales revenue, market share, investment in right channel
Conducts key retailer management and enhance Samsung RAC visibility in Local IR market.
Provides accurate and timely forecasts and required reporting to the management team.
Monitoring and driving product demand
Liaises with Marketing and dealers ensuring enhanced product visibility in the dealer outlets in order to maintain dominating availability and display of Samsung products at the shop front.
Conducts market-trend analysis and works closely with the channel to develop plans to overcome potential issues.
Coordinates channel marketing and sell-out programs to ensure market share achievement.
Lead/Support marketing team to develop and execute marketing plan ( Digital in store , PR, etc..)
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements
Over 8-years of experience in RAC (Split wall mounted) distributor management within a consumer electronics environment with reputed companies. (Or similar experience in sales field of FMCG field as well)
A track record of success within GCC, profile should be possible to check his or her reputation with current (or old) HR department
Ability to perform and work under different conditions and be a team player.
