The role reports to CHEP Automotive business.
The purpose of the role is :
Managing operational and commercial requirements of existing Key Accounts in Morocco.
Implementation of Customer Collaboration projects
Develop relationship in the industry for new business opportunities
Key Account Responsibilities
Direct Responsibility to Manage European Automotive Key Accounts
Key Account Relationship and Operations:
Responsible to build account plan through Salesforce
Excellent level of relationship with customer HQ’s and Plants.
Single point of contact for all CHEP activities in front of the customers.
Responsibility to resolve escalated problems regarding to open debts, invoicing problems, audit results, logistical issues by working arm to arm with the relevant support functions CHEP organization.
Negotiate Invoice Disputes with customers
Work Closely with all interfaces between Customer and CHEP organization
Approval of qualified data driven credits/debits and transactional corrections impacting invoices
Contract Renewal & Management
Follow up Contract Renewal times as contract owner in Salesforce
Setup Contract Strategy with finance
Actively Negotiate Contract Terms with Customers according to contract strategy.
Complete Contract Approval Process within organization
Cash Flow Improvements & Contract Compliance
Use control and financial security reports and ensure analysis for under and over performance, trends and discrepancies for key account customers.
Establish Performance meetings with Customers and negotiate improvement areas
Generate& lead the Implementation of improvement initiatives & projects to improve financial efficiency. Resolution of Escalated Problems
Completion of Contract Renewals
Reduction in Open debts within Key Accounts
Improvement in Key Account Customer financial performance
Improvement in Key Account Customer’s NPS Scores
On time KPI reporting and meeting with customers
Visibility across the organization
Adherence to SOP’s and policies.
Implement and Manage Customer Collaboration Projects
Work closely with Customer Collaboration Rep to deliver Wave initiatives
Initiate new efficiency ideas
New Business Generation
Improve relationship with existing customers to develop new business opportunities.
Develop Relationship and network in Morocco and setup communication with key players in market and association
Profile we look for :
Business degree or related and a minimum of 5 years working experience in Automotive Industry Supply Chain
Supply Chain Management Experience
Negotiation skills
Worked with financial measures and KPIs
Customer Service
Strong Service orientation
Strong analytic and numerical skills
Must be extremely Very good customer orientated communication skills
flexible and able to work under pressure
Diplomatic and sensitive when serving customers of a different mentality and culture
Can act under time pressure
Good understanding of Customer Experience, Customer Solutions and keen to create customer loyality
Ability to build cases for escalation and customer negotiationskeep it brief.
