We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the Key Account Executive role in our Beauty Division. Our ideal candidate would have strong experience, solid oral and verbal communication skills and extensive knowledge of the Beauty Retail industry. Responsibilities Develop new retailers and sales channels and develop business growth within all applicable retail and sales segments. Develop retailer-specific business plans and revenue objectives to meet our collaborative company goals. Plan and conduct product launches, retail events, marketing programs and promotions based on benefits and expected ROI after approval from Management as required Develop new business with existing clients and also identify areas of improvement to increase sales Forecast, track and report the sales and forecasts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to the management Submit weekly sales reports to the management based on actual vs forecasted sales highlighting best sellers, nonperformers at brand as well as SKU levels Able to work to a budget and maximise sales opportunity within a financial framework Candidate will engage and participate in all brand training as required Maintain excellent customer service and relationship with your clients. Liaise with the PR team in planning and executing all PR activities. Skills B2B experience- Beauty and Fragrances Proven work experience as a Key Account Executive in eCommerce retail/beauty / skincare/fragrance field Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Network in the industry a strong advantage Minimum Bachelor's degree holder Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Education:
