Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Location: Remote work in KSA
United Arab Emirates (UAE) / GCC region, Location: Remote work from a country in GCC region
Kuwait / Iraq, Location: Remote work from Kuwait or Iraq
The role
Management of existing Sales Channels in the responsible region; acquisition and establishment of new distribution/sales channels, onboarding of new customers in cooperation with the multi-functional team in Arcensus
Preparing offers and developing of price tactics for customer and market tailored sales activities
Management of the NUPCO tenders and preparing proposals of participation in a timely manner
Managing and maintaining the key client accounts, maintaining knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses in order to determine how best to service and motivate key accounts to start and to grow the business
Sales activities (push) and commercial training of new and existing partners
Clinics and Doctor visits to support partner activities and accelerate the usage of the genetic tests
Support of the partner(s) in preparation of congresses and workshops and participation of congresses and workshops
Continues market analysis and building market intelligence in the responsible region:
Competitor activities and competitor products
Forecast development based on Dr./Clinics input and/or distributor
Your Qualifications

University degree, preferred medical profession, and proven track record in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic and/or genetic testing market
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the responsible market in genetic testing and/or pharmaceutical/medical device sales with distributor/partner management
Excellent understanding of up- and downstream marketing techniques in a distributor driven sales organization
Interest and skills in standard planning and operational analytics practices, i.e., competitive analysis e.g. to process raw consumer information and data and translate it into actionable insights such as new sales opportunities and strategies
Used to work in a dynamic team and fast-paced environment, flexible to adapt to changing market needs and strategical/tactical directions
Professional presentation and training skills
MS Office: High proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Excel which are necessary for the creation of visually and verbally engaging reports
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic is a must
Hands-on mentality and creativity are needed to build up new businesses
Think out of the box to leave the “classical” sales and implementation tactics
