We are seeking a talented individual who can create compelling content in both Arabic and English.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Fluency in Arabic

: A strong command of the Arabic language is essential for creating culturally relevant content that resonates with our diverse clientele.

Proficiency in English

: Clear and concise communication in English is vital for reaching a global audience. The candidate should be able to write engaging copy, articles, and marketing materials.

Podcast Production Experience (Preferred)

: As we explore new avenues for connecting with our audience, podcasting has become an exciting medium. Experience in podcast production would be a valuable asset.

Photoshop, Premiere and Video Production tools is an advance
Responsibilities:

Prepare podcast content:

Create compelling content for our Real estate and investment podcast.

Digital podcast video production:

Shooting podcast video session, edit & production using Adobe premiere or any other related programs.

Research industry-related topics

: Combine online sources, interviews, and studies to gather relevant information.

Write clear marketing copy

: Create compelling content to promote our services.

Prepare well-structured drafts

: Utilize Content Management Systems (CMS) to organize and develop content.

Proofread and edit blog posts

: Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publication.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams

: Coordinate efforts to illustrate articles effectively.

Conduct keyword research

: Optimize content for search engines and increase web traffic.

Promote content on social media

: Share articles and engage with the audience.

Identify customers' needs and recommend new topics

: Understand gaps in our content and propose relevant ideas.

Ensure all-around consistency

: Maintain consistent style, fonts, images, and tone across content.

Update website content as needed

: Keep our online presence fresh and relevant.
