Position: Junior Digital Marketing Specialist / Community Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist / Community Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent growth opportunities.


As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist / Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and engage with our online community. You will also be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating and curating content, and analyzing data to optimize our digital marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic Manage and maintain our social media channels, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with our online community Create and curate engaging and relevant content for our social media channels, website, and email marketing campaigns Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, and influencer partnerships Analyze data and metrics to track the success of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community management Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement and growth Experience with content creation and curation, including graphic design and copywriting Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
