Junior Marketing Specialist - CDD 6 mois

Purpose: As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will support the brand management team in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth and enhance brand equity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the brand. Scope (global, regional or local): the scope is regional, to support category brand manager on building the brand accross the region North West Africa

Key Tasks: Get a full understanding of the brand architecture, benefits and claims Assist in developing and implementing regional brand strategies that align with overall company objectives Help create localized marketing plans tailored to the Northwest Africa market Collaborate with creative teams to develop culturally relevant messaging and visuals In collaboration with Category brand manager monitor and analyze the performance of brand campaigns and initiatives in the region and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for improvement Follow up on the creation of communication material, ADV brochures Assist in managing the marketing and track expenditures and report

Key Working Relation: Internal: Marketing team, Trade marketing, Sales, Legal team External: Agencies, Customer

Skills & Qualifications: University degree in a related field At least 1-year experience in advertising, marketing, corporation communication or project management positions Communication skills Fluent in English Proficient in MS Office
