Our client is an advertising company and they are looking for an Arabic Junior Legal Counsel to join the team in Dubai
Role will be responsible in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts:
Qualifications and experience:

Role will be responsible in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts:
- Standard terms and conditions of sale
- ad hoc advertising contracts
- media agency contracts
- lease agreements
- supply agreements
- memorandum of understanding
- NDAs etc.
Qualifications and experience:
- Law degree (essential)
- LLM / Master\'s degree in business law (advantageous but not a must);
- Professional experience in a law firm and/or a multinational company as in-house junior legal counsel.
- Corporate and commercial legal background including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts according to standard and non-standard frameworks.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
