Job Title
Junior Legal Counsel- TemporaryAs a Junior Legal Counsel, you shall provide corporate legal support for MEA region.
Your role:
- Perform all standard supporting tasks for the legal department.
- Draft and review various types of agreements in English and Arabic.
- Advising on general corporate and commercial law matters.
- Draft and reviewing letters/mails/ office documents/meeting minutes/ PowerPoints.
- Archive management
- Remain knowledgeable of corporate policies.
- Dealing with sensitive, complex and highly confidential information.
You\'re the right fit if you:
- Hold a B.A Degree in Law.
- Have min .2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience and strong legal knowledge.
- Pay attention to detail, strong follow up skills.
- Are fluent in Arabic and English.
