The Junior Engineer supports the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and Facility Management (FM) teams by assisting in the planning, execution, and maintenance of building systems to ensure efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MEP systems
Support facility management activities including preventive maintenance and repairs
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work
Monitor system performance and report issues to senior engineers
Maintain accurate documentation and service records
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Participate in site inspections and technical meetings
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP/FM fields
Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Familiarity with relevant codes and standards
Good communication and teamwork skills
