Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Work Permit Management:

Assist in obtaining necessary work permits and approvals from various government and local authorities. Ensure all permits and licenses are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Coordination:

Serve as a point of contact between project teams, departments, and external stakeholders. Support the Project Coordinator in scheduling meetings, site visits, and inspections.

Documentation:

Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, including contracts, drawings, reports, and safety files. Assist in preparation of safety and project compliance documents.

Reporting:

Prepare regular project progress reports for internal and external stakeholders. Track project milestones and highlight potential delays or issues.

General Support:

Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to project coordination, documentation, and administrative support. Contribute to process improvements and efficient project workflows.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
