Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and proactive

Project Coordinator

to support our project management team in the successful delivery of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in coordinating interior design or fit-out projects, with a strong focus on communication, documentation, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the central point of contact between internal departments, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Assist the Project Manager in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones. Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and meeting minutes. Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow up on action points, and ensure timely communication among stakeholders. Prepare and update project trackers, progress reports, and status summaries. Coordinate with the design, technical, and execution teams to ensure alignment on project requirements. Monitor and update project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager. Support in drafting client communications, transmittals, and project correspondence. Handle administrative tasks such as documentation control, filing, and document distribution. Ensure all project-related documents are archived and maintained as per company protocols.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or related field.

3-4 years of experience in a project coordination role within the interior fit-out industry.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Projects and Primavera software is a must. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail and follow-through. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
