Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials related to interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, delivery schedules, and order follow-ups.
Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
Coordinate with site teams, project managers, and store/warehouse staff.
Track material deliveries and resolve any supply or quality issues.
Support inventory control and material reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience
in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the
interior fit-out or construction industry
.
Basic knowledge of interior fit-out materials is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
UAE experience preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
