Proactively conduct cold and warm outreach, along with regular follow-ups, to generate new business leads.
Effectively present and promote the company's services to SME and corporate clients.
Build and sustain a strong sales pipeline through ongoing prospecting activities.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, product demonstrations, and initial discussions with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records by tracking all client interactions, activities, and progress.
Understand client needs and propose the most suitable service solutions accordingly.
Support the senior business development team with proposal drafting, presentations, and overall coordination efforts.
Qualifications
0.5 to 2 years in sales, telesales, customer service, or business development.
Strong verbal communication skills (English is mandatory).
Confident speaker with the ability to engage clients on calls.
Persistent, target-driven, and disciplined with follow-ups.
Basic understanding of business terms related to
tax, audit, accounting, ERP, recruitment
is an advantage.
Ability to learn fast and adapt to multiple service lines.
Organized, responsible, and consistent in daily outreach.
