Make proactive cold calls, warm calls, and consistent follow-ups to drive lead generation.
Present and promote our range of services to SME and corporate clients.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through ongoing prospecting activities.
Arrange client meetings, demos, and introductory discussions with qualified prospects.
Keep CRM data updated by tracking leads, activities, and progress regularly.
Identify client challenges and recommend the most suitable solutions.
Assist the senior BD team with proposal preparation, presentations, and overall coordination.
Qualifications
0.5 to 2 years in sales, telesales, customer service, or business development.
Strong verbal communication skills (English is mandatory).
Confident speaker with the ability to engage clients on calls.
Persistent, target-driven, and disciplined with follow-ups.
Basic understanding of business terms related to
tax, audit, accounting, ERP, recruitment
is an advantage.
Ability to learn fast and adapt to multiple service lines.
Organized, responsible, and consistent in daily outreach.
