Actively make cold calls, warm calls, and consistent follow-ups to drive lead generation.
Present and promote the company's services to both SME and corporate clients.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous prospecting.
Arrange client meetings, product demos, and introductory discussions with qualified leads.
Keep CRM data fully updated by recording all activities, interactions, and progress.
Identify client requirements and recommend the most appropriate service solutions.
Assist the senior BD team with proposal preparation, presentations, and end-to-end coordination.
Qualifications
0.5 to 2 years in sales, telesales, customer service, or business development.
Strong verbal communication skills (English is mandatory).
Confident speaker with the ability to engage clients on calls.
Persistent, target-driven, and disciplined with follow-ups.
Basic understanding of business terms related to
tax, audit, accounting, ERP, recruitment
is an advantage.
Ability to learn fast and adapt to multiple service lines.
Organized, responsible, and consistent in daily outreach.
