Proactively conduct cold calls, warm calls, and regular follow-ups to generate new leads.
Present and promote the company's services to SME and corporate clients.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through continuous prospecting.
Schedule client meetings, demos, and introductory sessions with qualified leads.
Update and manage CRM records by tracking all activities and lead progress.
Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable service solutions.
Support the senior BD team with proposal drafting, presentations, and overall coordination.
Qualifications
0.5 to 2 years in sales, telesales, customer service, or business development.
Strong verbal communication skills (English is mandatory).
Confident speaker with the ability to engage clients on calls.
Persistent, target-driven, and disciplined with follow-ups.
Basic understanding of business terms related to
tax, audit, accounting, ERP, recruitment
is an advantage.
Ability to learn fast and adapt to multiple service lines.
Organized, responsible, and consistent in daily outreach.
