Job Title: Business Development Officer - Tech Startup (Tourism and Restaurants) FEMALES ONLY : We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Officer to join our tech startup focused on the tourism and restaurant industries. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for onboarding businesses in these sectors onto our platform and driving their success. Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential tourism and restaurant businesses for onboarding onto our platform.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through market research, networking, and relationship building.
• Conduct outreach to prospective clients, pitch our platform\'s benefits, and negotiate partnerships.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and marketing materials.
• Act as a trusted advisor to businesses, providing guidance on how our platform can optimize their operations and drive growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new clients.
• Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the success of onboarding efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tourism or restaurant industry.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape and its impact on the tourism and restaurant sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the onboarding process.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
