Industry: Life Insurance and wealth insurance background
Experience: 1 - 2 Years in UAE Life insurance required

Job Responsibilities :
Achieve monthly Insurance FER & individual target in the financial year.
Acquire, develop and strengthen Insurance acquisition through effective relationship management in accordance with business goals.
Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers through professional consultative financial analysis.
Ensure Customer retention through active customer engagement to avoid claw backs.
Take ownership of customer complaint on Insurance. Co-ordinate with respective teams and Insurance providers for appropriate resolution.
Consistently increase the penetration in the assigned channels by meeting KPA standards.
Making accurate calculations and providing customers with correct quotations/charges.
Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud trainings, Lean & rewards celebrations.
