Job Summary:

The IVF Specialist will be responsible for providing advanced reproductive care, infertility diagnosis, and assisted reproductive technology (ART) treatments. The role includes managing patient consultations, performing IVF procedures, and ensuring high-quality clinical standards in compliance with MOH regulations. The specialist will work closely with embryologists, nursing staff, and the clinical team to support successful treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

Conduct comprehensive consultations, fertility assessments, and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans for patients experiencing infertility or reproductive challenges. Perform IVF-related procedures including ovarian stimulation monitoring, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and IUI procedures. Review stimulation protocols, laboratory results, and ultrasound findings. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary. Provide counseling on ART procedures, success rates, risks, and alternatives.

Patient Care:

Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout all procedures. Educate and guide patients regarding treatment steps, medication usage, and follow-up requirements. Maintain effective communication with patients and ensure proper documentation in line with MOH standards.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Coordinate with embryologists, nurses, and allied health staff to ensure smooth workflow in the IVF unit. Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions, case reviews, and clinical improvement activities. Support continuous quality improvement initiatives within the fertility center.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure all practices and procedures align with UAE Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records. Follow infection control guidelines, patient safety protocols, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

MBBS + Specialty qualification (e.g., Obstetrics & Gynecology / Reproductive Medicine). Valid

UAE MOH Specialist License

(mandatory). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in infertility management and ART procedures. Advanced skills in IVF, ICSI, and reproductive endocrinology. Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and multidisciplinary environment. Can speak Hindi, Malayalam, English.
