Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a board-certified Consultant IVF Specialist for a renowned hospital in Abu Dhabi, with recruitment managed through our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in assisted reproductive technologies (ART), including IVF, ICSI, and fertility preservation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments including medical history, imaging, hormonal evaluation, and genetic testing.
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans for ovulation induction, IUI, IVF/ICSI, and donor cycles.
• Perform and supervise fertility procedures such as oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, hysteroscopy, and laparoscopy.
• Counsel patients and couples on prognosis, treatment outcomes, and emerging reproductive options including PGT-A/M and surrogacy.
• Collaborate closely with embryologists, andrologists, and nursing teams to optimize clinical workflows and laboratory efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to ethical, regulatory, and quality standards in all ART procedures.
• Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuing education programs to enhance clinical performance and innovation.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Fellowship or subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine or IVF.
• Board certification such as UK CCT, American Board, RCPSC, or Facharzt.
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in IVF and assisted reproductive technologies.
• Proven success record in achieving favorable IVF outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Eligibility for DOH Consultant licensure in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong communication, counseling, and cultural sensitivity in handling diverse patient populations.
