Consultant IVF Specialist - Allocation Assist Middle East - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a board-certified Consultant IVF Specialist for a prestigious hospital in Abu Dhabi, with recruitment managed through our Dubai operations. The successful candidate will have extensive expertise in assisted reproductive technologies (ART), including IVF, ICSI, and fertility preservation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments including patient history, imaging, hormonal testing, and genetic profiling.
• Design and manage individualized treatment plans for ovulation induction, IUI, IVF/ICSI, and donor programs.
• Perform and supervise procedures such as oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, hysteroscopy, and laparoscopy.
• Counsel patients and couples on prognosis, treatment options, risks, and emerging reproductive technologies such as PGT-A/M and surrogacy.
• Collaborate with embryologists, andrologists, and nursing teams to maintain seamless coordination between lab and clinical operations.
• Ensure adherence to local and international ethical, legal, and regulatory standards governing ART.
• Participate in research, CME programs, and clinical audits to enhance fertility outcomes and quality assurance.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Fellowship or subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine or IVF.
• Board certification (UK CCT, American Board, RCPSC, Facharzt, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in IVF and ART.
• Proven record of successful IVF outcomes and high patient satisfaction rates.
• Eligible for DOH Consultant licensure in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong empathy, cultural awareness, and effective communication skills with patients and staff.
