Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Consultant IVF Specialist to join a leading hospital in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing advanced assisted reproductive technology (ART) programs including IVF, ICSI, and fertility preservation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments including history, imaging, hormonal profiling, and genetic testing
• Develop individualized treatment plans for ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, ICSI, and donor programs
• Perform and supervise procedures such as oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, hysteroscopy, and laparoscopy
• Counsel patients and couples on prognosis, treatment options, and success rates
• Collaborate with embryologists, andrology teams, and nursing staff to ensure optimal clinical outcomes
• Ensure adherence to ethical, safety, and regulatory standards in all fertility procedures
• Participate in clinical audits, continuing medical education, and fertility research programs

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Fellowship or subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine or IVF
• Board certification such as UK CCT, American Board, RCPSC, or Facharzt
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IVF and ART following specialization
• Eligibility for DOH Consultant licensure in Abu Dhabi
• Proven success record in IVF outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and cultural sensitivity skills
