Allocation Assist Middle East is recruiting a compassionate and board-certified Consultant IVF Specialist for a leading reproductive medicine department in Saudi Arabia. The recruitment process will be coordinated through our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate will deliver advanced fertility treatments, including IVF, ICSI, and fertility preservation, while offering empathetic, patient-centered care and contributing to the hospital's commitment to reproductive health excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed fertility assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment consultations.
• Develop personalized fertility plans, including IVF, ICSI, IUI, and other assisted reproductive technologies.
• Perform procedures such as oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and cryopreservation with precision and care.
• Collaborate with embryologists, endocrinologists, and clinical teams to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Counsel patients and couples on fertility options, success probabilities, and treatment-related risks.
• Ensure accurate medical documentation and continuous monitoring of patient progress.
• Stay updated with global advancements in reproductive medicine and contribute to CME and fertility research programs.
• Adhere to ethical medical practices, regulatory guidelines, and patient confidentiality standards.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology, Infertility, or Obstetrics and Gynecology with IVF specialization.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in assisted reproductive technology and fertility treatments.
• Proven expertise in advanced reproductive techniques and fertility management protocols.
• Eligibility for licensing with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Western-trained background (UK, US, Canada, or Europe) preferred.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills in multicultural settings.
