Position: IT Technician / Desktop Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Technician / Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment.

2. Provide technical support for Windows, MS Office, and networking issues.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.

4. Assist with IT infrastructure support, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi solutions.

5. Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary.

6. Maintain documentation of IT assets, incidents, and solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

2. 2-3 years of proven experience in IT technical support or desktop support.

3. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and basic server concepts.

4. Problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. UAE Driving License is mandatory.

6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
