Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
Manage user accounts, permissions, and mailboxes in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups as needed.
Support end-users with network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
Document support activities, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and hardware replacements.
Maintain IT asset inventory and user access records.

Requirements
2-4 years of experience in IT support or desktop support roles.
Proficiency in supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers).
Familiarity with Active Directory and user management.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP).
Industry certifications such as
CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified
(M365, Windows), or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
